An error occurred running the Unity content on this page. See your browser JavaScript console for more info. The error was:
Error: XDR encoding failure.
Sure fire way to fix this is to just use the Chrome browser for now. With the chrome browser you can play and use the tawk.to chat widget for help. Otherwise, for now, the default for firefox is to keep the chat app hidden. If you decided to use it and it crashes the site. Here is the fix.
If you are using firefox, the chat widget may cause a pop up window to appear. You should be able to click 'ok' on the pop up error and things get back to normal. If this keeps on recurring you will have to clear your browser cache. You need not clear your cookies, but just the cached web content on the clear data button of the firefox settings panel under Privacy and Security.

If that doesn't work, then you'd have to go to Managed data and clear the www.playwebsurf.com data and save changes.
You'll have to do this on firefox indefinitely if you leave open the chat app (sometimes). Not exactly sure why this is happening, but if you really prefer to use firefox, this is the way around it. Everything else should work.
Also, let it be known that if this crashes on any other browser with the chat app open, please submit a ticket about the issue. This error has only occurred on Firefox for now.

Search for any keywords with playwebsurf.com. It should show up at the top for you to click on if you have similar MB usage below. Otherwise it may be buried if you have more cookies and data stored. You just need to delete the websurf data if it does hiccup on firefox.

If this still doesn't work, then you'll have to try to clear all of your browser data and cookies. Usually the 2 up above should suffice to fix things. Again, this should only occur if you open the chat app.
