Quickest Fix If Something Isn't Working Right
Just click on the hard reset in the menu - Warning it will reset your data but you keep your account!

Click the "hard rest" button in the lower right corner. This will wipe data in the backpack and reset your search terms but will maintain your account. It will reinitialize a fresh data of search terms if data has become corrupted.
If you have 3rd party web apis enabled you'll have to re-input them again.
Also, if you bought a founderpack, your status will be saved. It is just resetting any backpacked items or search terms that got corrupted on the backend for whatever reason. On rare occasions this happens and this is the quickest way to resolve it if I can't respond to you quickly to patch the problem.
This is the quickest way to resolve issues in the game world if things don't seem to work right. Sorry for the inconvenience. Working on stabilizing this (as of 5/16/21) so you need not do a hard reset at all!
