It is a known bug. You'll have to keep clicking until the browser gets control of your mouse to get in game. If you can't handle the multiple clicking to get in game, then switch to the chrome browser. Chrome seems to have less build problems with the 3d rendering tech on the browser as well as other listed here in the knowledge base.
